Ik heb de huishoudster gevraagd om mijn vuile was te doen en daarvoor geef ik haar 150.000 RP per maand, dat is 11 euro. Verder heb ik genoten van lekker Indonesisch eten: elke ochtend, middag en avond eten ze hier warm. Altijd is het met rijst, ook als je naar een restaurant gaat. Vanavond had ik ook even contact met het thuisfront, met een microfoon op MSN. De geluidskwaliteit was goed genoeg, maar af een toe was het een beetje onduidelijk.
